Antioch Movers
There’s good quality and there’s bad quality. Naturally, we would want to have good quality service for a worry-free move. But not all of us are lucky. Here are some horrific experiences of unfortunate moves.
- The Antioch movers came late. Not 30 minutes to 1 hour late, but 5 hours late. Clearly, the mover has no respect for time and does not care if other’s program gets messed.
- The mover cancelled the move at the last minute and re-schedules the next day. They had obviously no regard to the agreement made with them, more so with the fact that you might have intended to sleep in your new house that night. Worst, they do not compensate you for the inconvenience caused.
- There are hidden charges. Estimates are done upon inspection of the goods that are to be moved. And agreements are signed based on the estimates. It is expected that when the movers arrive, service will be done as per the agreement and charged as such. Paying for costs that are not informed ahead like a need for extra truck creates chaos in your budget, not to mention that feeling that you are being cheated.
- Antiques and custom made furniture are very valuable. It will break anyone’s heart to see your most treasured collections scratch, or worse damaged. The problem is the mover’s insurance policy does not cover valuable items as per the price.
- Imagine cigarette butts on your pathway thrown about by impatient, cursing, and stinking hand-men.
I know there are numerous Antioch movers that are very good, you just have to pick the right one.
